Softex Paper expanded to the United States in 2001 with the opening of a paper converting plant in Palatka, Florida. High demand and continued growth prompted the addition of a new plant in Chester, South Carolina in 2010 and the further addition of a plant in Rock Hill, South Carolina just three years later in 2013. Softex Paper’s Florida location manufactures toilet paper, paper napkins, and paper towels for both home and commercial use while Softex Paper South Carolina locations specialize in manufacturing toilet paper and paper towels.
